3 step Vegetable soup for healthy skin and body

Vegetables are good for you. We are told this all our lives. However it sometimes can be hard to incorporate a lot of vegetables at once in your menu. This soup is a quick and great way to get your daily portion of greens , with no hassle at all!

Vegetable soup

It is easy to make, tasty and can be done literally with any vegetables you want!

Ingredients

  • Vegetables of your choice (I use cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini and carrots)
  • Water
  • Butter (50 gr)

Instructions

Prepare your vegetables by cutting the carrots and the zucchini into cubes (about 2cm) , and separating the branches of broccoli and cauliflower into smaller ones. Put all the vegetables in a cooking pot and add water, so that it just about covers their top. Cook them until soft (aprox 15 minutes). After take the vegetables out of the pot using a skimmer ( it is important for the broth to remain in the pot) and put them in a blender. Blend until the vegetables form a paste. Add the paste to the broth left in the pot and mix well. After add a piece of butter into the mixture and mix thoroughly once again.
